My wife has bacterial infection in nail of toe in her right leg. And its paining a lot. Kindly advise.

It could be a bacterial infection of the skin in the area or active inflammation with ingrown nail.. need to examine and assess to ascertain cause... Also need to know if there is coexisting diabetes and need to know history of any drug allergies. I would suggest to get these details cleared up with a doctor before starting the treatment.
