Bacterial infection mark

Asked for Female, 27 Years

She had an infection, so consulted a doctor on practo. The doctor diagnosed it as a bacterial infection and prescribed Microdox LBX, Kineto DP and Monate F cream for 10 days. After 10 days the swelling and pain is gone but the red mark on the skin is still there. How to remove the mark? Thank you.
