Backpain and Tireness
Dear Sir My wife has back pain. This pain is almost continuous and specially in upper back. She also get tired quickly. We have visited ortho, Gyna and many allopathic doctor. She was having cervical problem but that is now not severe but in other area of back pain is there. We have taken many allopathic medicine but now we want some reliable treatment.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.

Kindly consult physiotherapist for proper assesment and treatment which includes us, ift, contrast bath, manual therapy. - precautions: 1 avoid bending of neck and spine 2 avoid lifting heavy weight 3 Take bed rest 4 avoid any jerky movement to spine 5 apply contrast bath which involves alternative application of hot water and cold water to affected area.dip towel first in hot water and than immediately in cold  water, endonv session with hot water.do this for 10 min  for 2- 3 times daily × 5 days. 6  maintain proper erect posture of   spine 7 go for x ray cervical and mri - back 8
