Backbone Nervous and Night Shivering

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Dear All, yesterday i was having backbone amd neck pain its like very nervousness and while am sleeping i was shivering without cause it didn't happen daily, i have no signs of fever absolutly, and am completely fine today morning what this could be? Can someone please help me with this, should I go for any test please suggest the tests.
