Backache stiff neck n back all time.
Sir at the time of masturbating i feel tightness in my right hips muscles. And that tight muscles continue atleast 2/3 days. And i have backache prblm for that reason generally daily i have stiff back n neck. Plz suggest what may be the prblm n there treatment.
