Back, scalp and face acne

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been suffering from oilly and dandruff scalp. Which later some gets converted into small pus. On the next day of hair wash scalp gets oily. Also acne on face, shoulder and back is occurring. Have tried ayurvedic medicine and all home made Solution but nothing is working. It is there from last 5 to 6 years. Kindly help me on this. Some doctor told me hormonal imbalance some ayurvedic doctor told me diet issue. What can be the real reason.
