I have back pain.neck pain.shoulder pain.leg pain.back pain is it in right side only.doctor says muscle splasm.plz read mri report and suggst treatment.

What's the muscle power graded by the doctor and is there any sensory loss..what are the xrays reports..please add these details also..looking at mri report it looks like a disc problem but they dont match the history you are giving..so kindly elaborate on the questions I have asked for doctors here to get a clear picture.
