Normal conus Conus terminates at LI vertebral body level
Lordosis: reduced
Intervertebral disc:
Height-mildly reduced at 14/15 level
Disc desiccative changes at all lumbar disc, prominently seen of lower levels.
Bones:
Vertebral body heights-Normal
Alignment-Maintained
Marrow signal Marrow signal is normal.
Schmort's nodes are noted al inferior endplate of 14 and superior endplates of D11 and D12 vertebral levels.
Marginal osteophytes -Spondylotic changes in spine in the form of marginal osteophytes
Hemangiomas- None
LV1-LV2- No significant nerve root compression / neural foraminal narrowing/spinal canal steriosis
LV2-LV3 Focal annular tear and associated disc herniation/ possible protrusion is noted at posterior central (more towards right side) loca
