Lower back pain
My father has history of right lower back pain with muscle stiffening of distal part of rt limb more after taking rest. MRI report is attached herewith. Whether surgical intervention is essential or it can be treated conservatively? What is the best possible treatment opsion for the condition? (I am a MBBS student. You can discuss it in Medical language also)
