Back pain swetting giddiness and ringing

I had a pain in back today morning it's exactly behind the chest followed by swetting, giddiness and ringing in ear This was last for few seconds then I got up normal But I have pain in back I have taken aceclofenac 200 mg sustained release table My question is it's due to pain I felt like that or I have any cardio issues
