I have upper back pain. It's almost a year now. I have tried therapies from machines and manually but there is no difference. Is there any cure to back pain or I have to live with it? It's part of my daily life now. Have consulted with 5-7 doctors, some said its in my head nothing else, some tried but no results.
Kindly let me know if there is any cure to it.

There are plenty of reasons for back pain, we need to address the basic cause, it’s definitely not possible in online consultations. Try to go to a sports Physio they can find a cause and get rid.
