Back pain, neck pain, pain in right rib.

1. Back pain in right side of spinal cord. pain restrain to freely rising. pain since january. 2. Neck pain since janyary difficulty to move neck. 3. Right side of lower Ribs feel pain. while sleeping side feel no pain but while sleeping roof facing it feel pain. i am 28 years old. working in service industry.

It could be severe muscle spasm both in your neck and back. It must be there because of your occupation and poor posture You should do the following things 1. Visit an orthopedic and physiotherapist for assessment and treatment 2. Try hot pack and then volini gel 3. Posture correction at work 4. Follow ergonomic advise of not sitting or standing for too long 5. Check vit d 6. Follow physiotherapy exercises
