In my opinion u must go for few blood test like calcium vitamin d vitamin b 12 followed by x ray ka spine ap and lat view...if u have already done that kindly take physiotherapy sessions like ift / US / hotpack and laser...take care and get well soon...

If it is radiating to right leg , must be spinal pathology. Go for individualized based treatment, not general

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...back pain may be due to muscle strain,disc prolapse,pelvic inflammatory disease,kidney stones etc...I would suggest you to avoid weight lifting and to be cautious during sitting...avoid using uneven and too soft beds...try minimal stretching exercises...you may require mri...take over the counter pain medication...if no improvements consult orthopedic surgeon.
