Back pain in the morning
I was having small lower back pain every morning but now it increased everytime i am in the bed i have to adjust my position i is creating problem plz suggest me the things i could take care of and tell me what is the reason of this pain

The pain in the back region may be due to mechanical cause, inflammation etc. Proper evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon is required for  appropriate management. U can start with nucoxia-mr twice daily for 1 week, hot fomentation, physiotherapy. Avoid lifting heavy weight.

Consult orthopaedic doctor. Check your mattress. Do back muscle strengthening exercises, it will help. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.
