I cant stand for too long. My lower back hurts badly. Even I cant sit straight for too long. My neck and back hurts if I sit without any support. I've to sit for long hours to work.

It's called Mechanical Back pain. You need to start doing exercises and some life style modification is needed. The pain will go away with time.

don't sit on surface without back support
don't sit more than 50 mins. if you have to sit then get up streach yourself and sit back.
start walking daily. it will help your back muscle to get strength.
