Back pain for last 2 years
I am 22 years old & have back pain for last 2 years. my mri shown "At l5-S1 level postero central disc protrusion with bilateral facet joint arthropathy without nerve root compression or significant secondary spinal canal stenosis"..i have done physiotherapy and medicine treatment but my pain is unbearable for last 2 years...i regular do exercise but i dont feel any improvement.i wanna ask to you, is arthropathy cured 100% how ever my nature of work is sitting 8-10 hours daily.plz guide
