Back pain for 3 years no diagnosis
Hi, I've had back pain prodominately now for nearly 3 years. It started 2 weeks after a car accident where I was hit side on. My body was jerked to the left. Since then I get a dull ache in my lower back. But the pain moves. It can be upper back or hips or glutes. I've tried chiropractors, physiotherapy, remedial only to have the pain temporarily subside. I've had xrays and MRIs come negative for anything. Seen numerous specialists and tried numerous drugs. The only thing that works is tramadol

You say you got back pain 15 days after injury. Looks me more a stress related issue. Consult a psychiatrist.
