Hi
As per your history, the single lower back pain point would be discogenic pain, when lower lumbar disc get over strenuous pressure, leads to annular fissures- known as annular tear and that would be lower grade. With that morning stiffness may be of muscular.
Take B12, D3, and regular core strengthening exercises once your pain Score comes down. If persists, need to go for further investigations.
I feel you have to consult someone on video consultation as you will need muscle relaxants and will have to be put on Physiotherapy
You may need some basic investigations also like X-ray and blood tests after understanding the problem in detail
Next Steps
For the time being don’t bend forwards try to keep lying down and take rest
Health Tips
If possible go and see a doctor if pain is severe if not possible to go o video consultation with an orthopaedic doctor like me
