Hi,
Am a mother of 80 days old baby. I need to resume to my desk job due to leave balance issue. But many says that we need to rest at least for 6 months post delivery. If not i may face back pain at the age of 45 years.
Hence would like to know the minimum days of resting period post c section delivery to resume my office work.

There’s no such prescribed limit
A new mother can resume work whenever she feels comfortable both physically and mentally.
If you’re pain free and you think you can manage work now, you’re allowed to go ahead
