Back Pain and Neck Pain
Having a Back and Neck pain for more than a year and MRI scan revealed as L4/L5 disc level narrowing the spinal canal and slightly compressing thecal sac and muscle spasm in neck region. I was under Ayurvedic treatment for 6months but the pain is not stopping it's coming and going.whether this can be cured

If the compression is in the early stage then it can be prevented from worsening by protecting the remaining lumbar spine by external support. Also lumbar traction helps a lot in many cases as it stretches the spine so that the pressure on the disc is released and the disc gradually returns to its place and hence bulging reduces.
