Back pain and leg pain
Hello Team, During this pandemic I had to do work from home as I do not have office setup at home I'm using my dining table to keep my laptop and work and now I'm facing severe back pain. And the pain is moving from back to left or right leg because of which I cannot sleep. Please let me know what is actual cause of this pain and what should I do to get relief.

If this problem have started only after working from home then its because of your sitting posture.. keep back support while sitting.. try to sit straight always.. give hot compression to ease your pain.. still if you feel pain u can consult me online..

It seems to be muscular spasms due to improper posture or it can be a nerve root compression which needs to be ruled out after clinical examination
