Back pain and fatigue after LRTI

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hello, my wife was diagnosed with viral/bacterial LRTI and was treated for same. She has recovered from the infection, but has been feeling fatigue with back n thigh pain. Our doctor didn't suggest any medication or treatment for this. Please suggest.
