You have not informed about your profession. Presuming you are a home maker and left is your non dominant hand, the pain is due to overuse, beyond the tolerance capacity. Also the use of mobile phones is causing more work for the muscles.

The most probable reason for pain towards left scapular region is due to muscle spasm.. It may be associated with radicular pain starting from lower neck region.. Do you also have any pain towards elbow and hand.. Do you have any tingling numbness in left hand.
