Back neck centre portion swelling
Hi I am.suffering from neck and left shoulder pain.I am an IT proffessional.From the past one month i am not working still there is a hard bump and swelling under the exact centre portion of my back neck.There is a bone like projection seeing on my forehead too.Is both related.Now the left shoulder and left arm also paining.Now a days i am taking more than enough rest and still the problem persist.Due to this disturbance and tension i cant even eat properly and effects by bowel movement too.I dont want to go out and consult a doc in this panademic situation as i am having a kid.Is there anything to worry? Kindly advise.

Since you r an IT professional involving lot of work on laptops and computers  leading to bad postures which put stress on our neck bones and muscles causing pain ,the humpback may be due to bad posture or prominent C7 vertebrae. Forehead bony prominence can be osteoma( bone growing over another bone ) and is benign. Both conditions are unrelated.
