  4. Back disc dessication. Get rid of pain?

I have acute pain n stiffness in my back. When I got MRI scanning done, I have discovered disc dessication at multiple levels. Is it serious problem? Do I need to undergo surgery to get rid of pain? Pls suggest,I m worried.
