This is my mother MRI report attached. I can see some L4 and L5 problem in the report, but doctor is telling everything fine.. but my mom still has back burning sensation.

At this age , this kind of MRI finding is pretty much common, even without any symptoms if done in a normal person. So it will not help. U need to consult a physician or Rheumatologist to find out a reason behind burning sensation. There are many medical causes of burning sensation which may not be related to this minor disc problem.
