Hi,my mom has pain in her lower back. Her pain increases when she sits for a long time. But it's not regular. Will it have any yoga or any medicine ?? It is shown on the X ray that this bone which is in the lower back has become straight. The legs also have effect on sitting or standing for a long time and they do not work for some time. Her weight is approximately 92 kg and height is 5.5". She doesn't have any past injury.

Back pain can have a variety of causes.
I need to know her age and menopausal status to begin with.
She seems to be overweight and having vitamin deficiencies.
Does she have additional symptoms like hair fall, cramps, forgetfulness, acidity etc. If yes she needs to be evaluated for vitamin deficiencies as well apart from her spine
Hi ,ur mom has loss of lordosis in lumbar spine, paraspinal muscles spasm, causing pain .this may b due to weak paraspinal muscles, and degenerative disease of spine.. she is obese too. Putting lot of stress over lumbar spine and paraspinal muscles.
She needs detailed evaluation for her correct diagnosis for proper treatment.
