Back and neck pain
Hi doc, every morning I am having back and neck pain when I wake up and the pain subsides after one to two hour..Back pain won't be there throughout the day..But again when I sit on a floor and do some writing or reading for an hour again I feel the pain, This is happening for the past 8 months.. Please suggest what to do

May be ur back is on pressure.? Ur wt,ur work,physical posture may be rhe reason. Eat plenty of vegetables fruits,and greengram sprouts everyday. Almonds,walnuts,figs,ghre are good for strength. Millets are best substitute as a staple food in place of rice,wheat. Low-fat milk,buttermilk,too are nutritious. Physical activities as walking yoga may help u. U take dhanvantaram pills two at bed time with a glass of warm water. Apply chandanabala laaksha taila to ur back and take warmwater bath. Sit on a chair comfortably.If necessary wear an abdominal belt while sitting  standing .for a long period. Check ur weight if necessary may have to reduce.
