I have acne on my back n chest. It reduces for time being but again gets back i do have dandruff and i use 8x shampoo for that. Also recently i have undergone ultrasound to rule out pcod. Attaching the results.
Earlier i have done 2 chemical peels session and other than that i have applied glycolic acid based creams as per advised. But as soon as i stop medication n creams, the acnes retyrn. Sometime they get really sore n pains alot.
I am not sure what course of treatment should i follow in order to get rid of these permanently. I have face n back acne issues from past 10yrs now. I have consulted many dermatologists in this duration but due to work contraints or other issues , i am not able to continue it for longer duration. Also the treatment is pretty costly.

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice.
It requires a lot of sessions also you need to get treated for pcod as well
Also if you find the treatment very costly you can always get treated in medical colleges in bangalore.
