I'm 24 years but I'm having backache in thoracic vertebral region on sitting in the chair and studying .But when I rest a pillow behind my back and sit on the bed and study the pain is gone but again increases in sitting in the plastic chair .What should I do .The pain has been bothering me .Could it be scoliosis or such ?

Having back pain while your are giving strain to your spinal bone are called mechanical back pain . If it bothers you much take a X-ray . It mostly related to wrong posture . Scoliosis doesn’t have pain , rather it has deformity over your back
