Back ache, fatigue , stomach problems

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Asked for Male, 28 Years I had protected sex with a female. Right after sex I felt fatigued and back pain. It was ok next day. Then I felt fatigued again once I was gyming the next day then it got over after sometime. Again it struck me a day after and I took nimesulide and paracetamol and was releive. But it has been a week is it HIV.
