Extreme fatigue and lymph node swelling

I am 25 year old male. I had protected sex over an year back. I got a hickey from the partner whose HIV status I do not know. I had no symptoms until two months back when I developed a swollen lymph node in my armpit. It remained swollen for four days but reduced in size to 4mm and still continues to be there, painless and moveable. I am having extreme fatigue for the last week and I am really worried whether these are associated with HIV. I never had any other symptoms.
