Back ache and Menorrhagia
My mother 41 years old was suffering from severe cramps and urgent USG was ordered by the gynaecologist, she is on Norethisterone 15mg per day thereafter, but in USG something related to kidney cyst is mentioned, is there is any need to worry or to consult urologist. I'm attaching the recent report. 2 years back We got a renal Doppler done because her USG was showing small kidney in USG abdomen and urologist was considering it to be stenosis of renal artery , but that Doppler reports say no abnormality found. Gynaecologist is saying to wait and watch about that kidney cyst, but my mom always have backache on both sides of vertebral column at lumbar region, but not having any vertebral pain issues. What should we do about kidney cyst?
