Local  antibiotic application will not suffice for these open boils. Clean the boils very well with savlon solution,  squeeze out pus and inflammatory fluids as much as possible, apply povidone ointment, cover it. Also take tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Tab metronidazole 400mg one every 8hours for 5days. Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 4 days, after meals.

"An open, draining boil accompanied by swelling in the leg (Edema) indicates a localized infection that may be spreading to the surrounding soft tissue, a condition known as Cellulitis. While topical ointments like Bacitracin or Polysporin are helpful for superficial wounds, they are often insufficient once the infection has progressed to an abscess with systemic swelling. A combined approach of professional drainage and oral antibiotics is clinically necessary..
Next Steps
Do Not Squeeze:  never attempt to squeeze the boil. This can push the bacteria deeper into the bloodstream (Bacteremia). Warm Compress: Apply a warm, moist compress to the area for 10–15 minutes several times a day. This helps improve blood flow to the site and encourages natural drainage. Elevation: Keep the swollen leg elevated above the level of your heart as much as possible to reduce the edema. Wound Hygiene: Keep the area covered with a clean, dry bandage. Change the dressing whenever it becomes soaked with drainage. Monitor for Fever: If you develop a high fever, chills, or if the redness starts spreading rapidly up the leg, seek emergency care immediately.
Health Tips
Do connect and consult with me for better treatment plan and advice A formal clinical consultation is mandatory to evaluate the need for oral antibiotics and to check if the abscess requires surgical drainage. Please share your full medical history and a clearer image of the swelling so we can prevent further complications like sepsis."

This looks like an infected boil or abscess needs proper cleaning and sometimes oral antibiotics 👍 Don’t squeeze it, keep it clean and covered. I can guide exact treatment and check if drainage , antibiotics are needed book a quick consult 👍
