My baby is weighing about 3.6 he is 42 days old at birth he was 2.95 kgs is he underweight since his legs will be shivering and passes urine very frequently about 20 to 30 times
He is not taking formula milk and my milk is coming less
Pls advise me

1:Weight gain is adequate
2: shivering of legs and arms are normal finding
3:give only mother's feed.
Increase ur water and diet intake and feed baby every 2hrly for at least 15-20minutes
