Baby weight
My baby born on April 17th (37 weeks in pregnancy). Now she is 3 months old of 4.2kgs, birth weight is 3.2. She is on 1/3 breast milk (due to lack of my milk) and remaining formula of Dexolac. I hope she is not gaining weight properly. Can I use Dexolac premium for her??

She definitely has very less weight gain, there are many causes which can lead to it including esophageal reflux, lactose intolerance, CNS disorders and other causes.
Next Steps
as the baby is small I would suggest to get a thorough checkup of your child by a pediatrician and try to find out the cause before changing feeds.

Dear parents,           Breast feeding is an art. First you have to understand how milk is produce in mothers. During pregnancy breast alveoli are mature. Just after delivery when baby start sucking the nipples, Prolactin hormone is released which increases milk production & same time oxytocin hormone is also released which let down the milk. With demand of baby that is sucking, both Prolactin & oxytocin hormone level increases resulting meeting the demand. Held your baby in proper posture so that your spine don't strain, as milk contain 80%water, keep your self fully hydrated, drink adequate water, follow these tips for 15days, weight the baby & see the results. According to me no mother require to give top milk, if she has positive attitude & confidence, as God has blessed her with adequate milk up to child age of 6month.
