Hello Doctor My baby 6months 19days old His weight 7.8kgs one month back today i checked again his weight 7.7kgs.will this needs to consult doctor? Baby daily food 2times cerelac 3scoops each time Average 360ml formula milk per day Please advise Using d3 drops daily.

Dear friend your six month old baby is fit for supplementary feeding .please start fresh mosummi or orange juice to give him Vit C . Please give meshed banana which is a complete food . Please give dal rice Khichadi suji kheer one by one gradually . Do away with synthetic ready made food . Expose baby’s bare body to sunlight for Vit D .
