Baby wakes up every 1 hr at night
My 4 months old baby is waking up every hr at night.However he is feeding after 2-3 hrs.He simply wakes up every hr.If I don't hold him he starts crying. How do make him sleep thoroughly in the night??

This is not normal .is there inadequate feeding ?
Does the baby cry also ? Is baby passing off excessive urine and wakes up due to being wet ?
