It is ok if prevenar 13 is not available. Prevenar is little more effective but it's better to take than not taking the vaccine on time. Infanrix hexa and hexaxim are equally effective

Synflorix contains PCV-10 (10 serotypes) whereas prevenar 13 is a PCV-13 vaccine which has 13 serotypes. This means added protection against the 3 serotypes- 3, 6A, 19A which are not covered by PCV10
If primary immunization begins with one PCV type, the same product should be used for all doses. However, if unavailable, the other PCV may be substituted to complete the series.
As of infanrix, it’s similar to hexaxim
Next Steps
You can give prevenar 13 for the rest of the remaining doses
Rotavirus vaccine also needs to be given at 6,10,14 weeks
