Baby skin rash

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My baby's skin turn red in the creases especially when he sweats a lot. The skin then darkens and peels off in a week. But then it repeats. Have been having this for since he was a month old. I have consulted pediatrician who advised me to use candid cream. It didn't help and he asked me to consult a dermatologist. I was given steroid cream and ataraxia drops. It thinned baby's skin and healed after a few days. But the skin condition came back. I use Cetaphil soap and lotion. Need help. Pics attached for reference.
