Baby Red bloody itchy face

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My 6 months old baby has red ichy random that has spread on her chicks what might be the problem? We went to hospital and we were given Physiogel body lotion and Candid B. But the situation has worsed and she has been scratching the face...till blood comes.. Attached please find pictures
