  4. Baby rashes. I can share. please advice!

Baby rashes
Hello, My baby developed some rashes before Christmas...it started from the forehead and neck then to her chest hands and legs. We were told that it was normal heat rush and it could clear after 3-5 days so we were not worried. But 12 days later the rashes have turned to creamish especially on the forehead. I have pics I can share. Please advice
