Baby poop red in colour
Hello doctor, my baby is 7 months 20 days old. Today i have seen he pooped in red colour. For information, yesterday morning he had tomotoes in his dal rice . but he pooped today evening red in colour. is that blood?m very much worried . pls clarify my doubt doctor.

It's good if u can attach images as well...what u see red may actually not be blood...may be some of the food material he had consumed the earlier day...see if this red poop is persisting.. follow up is all that is needed

Usually the food we give comes as poop in unaltered colour. Nothing to worry about as there’s no hard stool and difficult pooping may cause blood staining.
