Be sure tongue is not white due to thrush a candida infection which has to be treated with candid lotion . Be sure that young ie is not fiery red or denuded of papillae or Isuke red or cut .Take care of B complex deficiency . Maintain tooth care if even a single tooth erupts .

You can use baby brush or finger brush to clean teeth after 1st or 2nd teeth erupt. You can also use wet napkin to clean tongue. Or give 2-3 spoon water after meal.
