Due to covid 19 unable to visit doctor.
So I would like to know is there any drops/ syrup required for baby.
I am giving him ( 11 months 15 days old) depura vit d drops. Is it required to continue..or until one year is enough.
Height 77 cms, weight 11.9kgs
Tries to stand with support n walks with support. Repeats one word.
Is on breastfeed and solids like rice dal. Some veg n some fruits.
Can I start giving him cow's milk? please let me know and is there anything which is required for baby,??

Milestones are within normal limits.
Breast feeding can be given till 2years.
Give homemade semisolid diet with diversified food items like dal,dalia, fruits puree,nuts,fresh vegetables, khichadi,halwa,sattu and energy dense food items.
Cow's milk can be given.

By 1year child should eat family food
No restriction in diet
After 1 year completion can start cows milk
Needs only minimum quantity of needs
No need of any vitamin drops or health supplements
