Baby medicine
Our paediatrician has prescribed A to Z and Vitanova D3 drops in 1 ml doses daily. We've been giving this to baby for the past 1.5 years. We asked the doctor if we could stop giving the medication, but he advised us to continue. There is no issue with baby, and he is doing well. However, other mothers do not give these medications to their babies. Should we be concerned and stop giving the medication? Can such prolonged consumption harm babies? 1.5-year-old baby It was a C-section birth.

All these are not routinely recommended for children. There is no evidence to say these are important in a growing child. A child can get all vitamins through a balanced diet. But there is also no evidence of harm

A to Z drops for 3 months is enough. Vitanova d3 drops for 1 year is enough. After all chemicals, so avoid chronic unnecessary use.
