If baby gaining weight then it doesn't matter that how many time baby passes urine...but atleast 5 to 6 times with good volume urine baby should pass....

4 months child can pass atleast 4-5 times urine a day less than than need to worry. Child can pass frequently urine each times after feeds. For stool, if exclusive breastfeeded then can pass 10-15 times small quantity per day or once after 7-8 day normal stool both normal

If there is proper weight gain with more than 8times urine pass in 24 hours.. it is normal..
