My son of 18 montha old is having small white bump on gum.. its last for 10 days .. intially it was big and when we touch blood has come .. we thought it may be due to teething. Now the size has reduced and blood is also not coming .. it is feel hard when we touch.. what could be the reason for this. Is it normal?
