My son is 4months old and has loose motions. Motion ed in white colour. Iwas used z&d once daily 0.5ml and doralac twice daily in a schact since 2days but not yet control. Could you please give me fast solution

Firstly,maintain strict hygiene in feeds.
Give only breastfeeds if possible if you HAVE to give top milk,use only formula, not open milk,specially cow's milk,and avoid bottle feeding.
For now,add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
