  4. Baby growth. Report. please suggest.

Baby growth
My wife is 10 week pregnant.. We did sonography after 4 week the sac was 4mm and after 10th week the sac is 5.5mm. Doctor is saying there is no growth in pregnancy.. There is Sub chorionic bleed of size 14x8mm..I have attached her latest sonography report.. Please suggest..
